Hotel Reservation Process
Please find below some step by step instructions that you may find
beneficial when making your hotel reservation online. If you have problems
making your reservation or require any further information, please do

- Finding a suitable hotel.
We offer many different types of hotels across all areas of central
London. Once you have found a suitable hotel, you will need to click
on the "Book Online" or "Availability" button,
to check to see if the hotel has availability for your preferred dates.
- Checking hotel availability.
There are two ways in which you can check a hotels availability.
Firstly, you can select your arrival date, number of nights
and room types required (click
for sample). Or you can view the hotels' live availability calendar
(click
for sample).
- You have checked the hotels availability, but the hotel
doesn't have availability.
If a particular hotel doesn't have any availability on your preferred
dates, please email us at reservations@luxury-london-hotels.co.uk
or call us direct on +44 (0) 1480 212898.
- Details of your reservation.
Once you have selected your arrival date, number of nights
and room types required the reservation system will advise you the
cost for the total stay. (click

- Enter guest names.
Your next step is to enter the guest names that will be staying at
the hotel. Although not essential, if the guest names are entered
before arriving you can be assured of a quick check-in. (click
for sample)
- Confirming your reservation details.
Once you've entered the guest names, you will be shown your reservation
details before you proceed to entering your personal details. (click
for sample)
- Existing customers preparing to enter their payment details.
Once you have completed your room requirements, number of nights stay
etc, you will need to enter your personal details. If you are a existing
customer you are able to enter your email address and password and
your personal details will automatically be recalled. (click
for sample).
- New customers preparing to enter their payment details.
If you are not a existing customer you will need to enter your email
address (which also receives the reservation confirmation email) and
a password of your choice. The password is needed in the event you
need to check your booking status, cancel a booking, or if you need
to make future reservation. (click

- Entering your payment details.
Once you have completed your personal details, you will need to enter
your payment details to guarantee your reservation. You are required
to enter your postal address where your debit/credit card is registered,
and your card details. (click

- Request any special requirements.
Before confirming your reservation, you can request any special
requirements. For example it might be that you will require a late
check-in, or you need a room on the ground floor. Also, you have the
option of selecting a smoking or non-smoking room. (click

- Confirming your reservation.
Now that you have completed all the necessary information, you are
ready to complete your reservation. Before doing so though, you must
click on the Terms & Conditions box which means you have accepted
the hotels cancellation policy. (click

- Confirmation of your reservation.
Once you have clicked on the button to confirm your reservation, you
will get a confirmation screen showing you your reservation details
and your reference number. We would recommend that you take a print
out of this page for your records and that you take this with you
when you stay at the hotel. (click

- Confirmation email.
You will also receive a confirmation email providing you
have entered your registered email address correctly. The email confirmation
normally takes a few minutes to arrive. It is recommended that you
store and take a print out of the confirmation email and take this
with you when you stay at the hotel. (click

Your reservation is now completed.
