- How do I make a reservation?
You can make your reservation online, by clicking on the "Book
Online" button for your preferred hotel. From here you will be
asked to input your check-in date, the number of nights you wish to
stay, room types required, guest names, and your personal contact
information along with your credit card details to guarantee the reservation.
Once you have completed the reservation process online, you will receive
a confirmation reservation number as well as a confirmation email
with your reservation details. If you prefer not to make your reservation
online, please email us at reservations@luxury-london-hotels.co.uk

requirements and we will be happy to assist in making your reservation
on your behalf.
- The hotel I want to make a reservation with doesn't have
availability?
If a particular hotel doesn't have any availability on your preferred
dates, please email us at reservations@luxury-london-hotels.co.uk
or call us direct on +44 (0) 1480 212898.
- How do I know that my reservation has been completed successfully?
Once you have entered in your personal and credit card details and
have accepted the terms and conditions, you will be presented with
a reservation confirmation page. This page will display your reservation
reference number and details of your reservation. You will also receive
confirmation of your reservation by email.
- Do I need to confirm my reservation with the hotel directly?
No, all you need is to print out your reservation confirmation and
take this to the hotel.
- I called the hotel directly and they had no knowledge of
my reservation?
Please allow up to 72 hours for your reservation to be processed and
received by the hotel. If your reservation check-in date is within
72 hours, we will process your reservation immediately.
- I have made a reservation but need to make a change, what
can I do?
For any amendments needing to be made to your reservation,

to assist you in making your amendments.
- I have a question regarding my online reservation who should

- How secure are my details when I make a reservation online?
We use 128bit SSL encryption to ensure that your information is transferred
in a secure form.
- How do I book if I do not want to send my credit card details
over the internet?

on your behalf.
- Can I check-in earlier than the check-in time?
Some hotels will allow for a early check-in. When making your reservation,
enter your request for a "Early Check-In" in the special
requirements box, and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
- Can I leave my bags at the hotel?
A majority of our hotels do allow for you to leave your bags at the
hotel. Most hotels have a luggage room or concierge desk where your
bags can be left.
- Is the price per person per night?
No, all prices are per room per night.
- What is Rack Rate?
The rack rate is the full price rate for the room. This is the price
the hotel would normally charge for the room if you booked direct
with no discount.
- What is the Discount Rate?
The discount rate, is the special discounted rate that we are able
to offer to you for the room.
- I have another question which is not listed here, what should
I do?

Problems
Making My Reservation
- I've made a reservation online, but haven't received any
email confirmation?
Allow at least 30 minutes for the email to arrive. If after this time
you still haven't received any email confirmation please email us
at reservations@luxury-london-hotels.co.uk
or call us direct on +44 (0) 1480 212898 with details of the reservation
you made.
- I can't make a online reservation, is my web browser not
compatible?
Most web browsers are compatible with our online reservation
system, however it is best viewed through Microsoft Internet Explorer
[version 5 or above] or Netscape Navigator [version 6 or above]. Should
you continue to have problems making your reservation please either
email us reservations@luxury-london-hotels.co.uk
or call us direct on +44 (0) 1480 212898 and we will assist you
in making your reservation.
Payment
For Your Reservation
- Do I pay any money to www.luxury-london-hotels.co.uk
?
No, depending on which hotel you book your credit card details will
either be used to guarantee the reservation, or the full amount will
be charged to your credit card.
- What credit card details do I need to supply?
When making your reservation, the credit card details needed are credit
card type e.g. VISA, MASTERCARD, credit card number, start date (optional),
expiry date, security code, issue number (for switch cards only),
and the full name and address of the credit card holder.
- Can I make a hotel reservation without a credit card?
No, a valid credit card is required to guarantee a room reservation.
It is however possible to arrange a bank transfer which can also be
used to guarantee your room reservation. To arrange this, please email
bank-transfer@luxury-london-hotels.co.uk.
- What is VAT (local taxes)?
Value Added Tax (VAT) is a tax imposed by British tax law.
VAT is added to most goods and services. All rates displayed on www.luxury-london-hotels.co.uk
include VAT.
- Are there any other charges which I will have to pay?
No, the total price you see when you make your reservation is the
total price you pay.
Cancellations
- Can I cancel my reservation ?
Before canceling your reservation, you are advised to read the hotels
reservation terms and conditions. Some hotels state you must cancel
your reservation 48 hours before your arrival date.
- Is there a charge if I cancel my reservations?
You will not have to pay an additional charge, if you cancel
your reservation and it is in line with the hotels cancellation policy.
Otherwise a cancellation fee might apply.
- What will happen if I do not cancel my reservation and do
not arrive at the hotel?
Dependant on the hotels reservation terms and conditions, you will
be charged for at least 1 nights stay.
